City Announces Property Tax Payment Schedule
The City of Wilkes-Barre has announced the 2019 Property Tax Schedule, shown below:
02/01/19 | City Property Tax Date of Issue |
03/04/19 | Last day to pay the City Property Taxes in the Discount Amount |
03/05/19 | City Property Taxes now due in the Face Amount |
05/06/19 | Last day to pay the City Property taxes in the Face Amount |
05/07/19 | City Property Taxes now due in the Penalty Amount |
12/16/19 | Last Day to pay City Property Taxes |
Anyone who has not received their tax bill by February 4th should call the Tax Office at 570.208.4192 or 570.208.4175.
Taxes are payable by Cash, Check, Money Order. Checks should be made payable to the City of Wilkes-Barre.
The Tax Office is located on the first floor of City Hall, 40 East Market Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 and is open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
