What is RSS?

RSS - Really Simple Syndication - is an easy way for you to get Wilkes-barre's news straight to your mobile device, or web browser. It allows a 'reader', either standalone, or a feature already containted in your web-browser to recieve a 'feed', or 'channel' from the City of Wilkes-barre. This feed contains the most recent headlines coming out of the city.
