WILKES-BARRE POLICE AND STATE PAROLE CONDUCT HEROIN ARREST
WILKES-BARRE - Members of the Wilkes-Barre Police Department VIPER unit in coordination with State probation and parole officers arrested Oliver Tooley, Wilkes-Barre, at his residence at 155 Scott Street on a charge of possession with intent to deliver heroin. This arrest was a direct result of complaints of drug activity in the area of Chapel and Scott Streets and would not have been accomplished without the help and support of the State Parole Office. Tooley was arraigned Thursday morning and was lodged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at $10,000.
