CITY OF WILKES-BARRE ANNOUNCES COAL STREET REALIGNMENT PROJECT PUBLIC MEETING
WILKES-BARRE - The City of Wilkes-Barre will hold a public meeting open to all residents concerning the ongoing Coal Street Realignment project which is scheduled to be completed in October 2012. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 27, at 6 p.m. at the Coal Street Complex. Mayor Leighton will be joined by State Representative Eddie Day Pashinski as well as city officials and PennDOT representatives. Residents are encouraged to come with questions and concerns about the project and project leaders will once again present the future design of Coal Street.
