PERMIT PARKING PASSES
A parking permit is available to anyone living in designated parking permit areas, such as hospitals and schools.
Anyone living in these areas is able to purchase as many stickers as they need for $15.00 for the permanent resident and only 2 guest passes for $3.00 for each address. Passes marked "2007" are still valid.
PARKING TICKETS
Parking tickets can be paid in the tickets/tax office on the first floor of City Hall,
40 East Market Street, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
