collection and distribution of all public funds.

• All inquiries relating to the payment of invoices should be directed to Amy Decker at accounts payable, 208-4174



• All inquiries relating to taxes should be directed to the City's tax office, 208-4192.
  Taxes may be paid in the Tax Office on the first floor of City Hall, 40 East Market Street,
  from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.



• All inquiries relating to garbage bag invoices and all other accounts receivable should be directed to Joanne Kittrick at 208-4175.
