Public Health Department

The Wilkes-Barre City Health Department's Cancer Program focuses on increasing public awareness of cancer risk reduction and the importance of early detection through community based educational programs. As a partner in the PA Cancer Education Network, health educators from the Health Department are available to provide power point presentations on cancer prevention and education on colorectal, ovarian, prostate, and skin cancer at your facility.
